Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to France and several countries within the European Union.

Additional destinations may be added in the future as our business grows.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment has been successfully confirmed.

The standard processing time is generally 1 to 2 business days.

During periods of high demand, product launches, or promotional campaigns, additional processing time may occasionally be required.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the selected carrier.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

France: 3 to 6 business days
Europe: 3 to 8 business days
International: varies depending on the destination

These delivery times are estimates only and do not constitute a contractual guarantee.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.

You will be able to track your shipment directly through the carrier's website.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed during checkout.

The applicable shipping fee is the one shown at the time of purchase.

Free shipping promotions may occasionally be offered or become available above a certain order value.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

MUSA Hair Paris cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery failures resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate shipping addresses.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once a parcel has been handed over to the carrier, MUSA Hair Paris cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

However, we remain available to assist customers with shipment tracking and carrier investigations whenever possible.

Unclaimed or Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us due to:

an incorrect address;
refusal of delivery;
failure to collect the parcel within the required timeframe;

additional shipping fees may be charged for reshipment.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, and administrative fees may be imposed by local authorities.

These charges remain the sole responsibility of the customer.

MUSA Hair Paris cannot be held responsible for any additional costs incurred as a result.

Force Majeure

MUSA Hair Paris shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to fulfill its obligations resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, labor disputes, pandemics, transportation disruptions, or any other force majeure event.
