2. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all sales made through the MUSA Hair Paris website, including but not limited to hair products, ponytails, hair extensions, and related accessories.

Placing an order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

3. Products

Products offered for sale are described as accurately as possible.

The photographs and visuals displayed on the website are provided for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual product due to screen settings or natural variations in hair products.

4. Prices

All prices are displayed in euros (€).

The prices applicable to an order are those displayed at the time the order is placed.

MUSA Hair Paris reserves the right to modify its prices at any time without prior notice.

5. Orders

Any order placed through the website constitutes an offer to purchase.

An order is considered final once payment has been successfully completed.

MUSA Hair Paris reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a previous dispute with the customer or suspicion of fraudulent activity.

6. Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.

Accepted payment methods are those displayed on the website at checkout.

Transactions are secured through payment providers selected by Shopify.

7. Shipping

Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer at the time of purchase.

Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

MUSA Hair Paris shall not be held liable for delays caused by the carrier or by events of force majeure.

8. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, customers have fourteen (14) days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.

However, for hygiene and health protection reasons, products that have been unsealed, worn, handled, or whose security fasteners have been removed cannot be returned or refunded.

Returned products must be complete, unused, and in their original condition.

9. Returns and Refunds

To be eligible for a return:

  • the product must be new;

  • it must not have been worn;

  • it must not have been styled, washed, colored, or altered;

  • it must be returned in its original packaging.

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return results from an error attributable to MUSA Hair Paris.

10. Defective Products or Order Errors

If a customer receives a defective product or an incorrectly prepared order, they must contact MUSA Hair Paris within 48 hours of delivery at:

Photographs may be requested in order to process the claim.

11. Liability

MUSA Hair Paris shall not be held liable for any indirect damages resulting from the use of the products sold.

Customers are responsible for the proper use, installation, and maintenance of the products in accordance with the recommendations provided.

12. Personal Data

Personal data collected during the ordering process is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.

13. Intellectual Property

The MUSA Hair Paris brand, logo, visuals, texts, and all content available on the website are protected by intellectual property laws.

Any reproduction, use, distribution, or exploitation without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first seek an amicable resolution before initiating any legal proceedings.

Failing an amicable agreement, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
